1. Agreement
These Terms are a contract between you (and the company you represent, the "Customer") and [[legal entity name]] ("Crewzy"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Crewzy.
2. The service
Crewzy is a multi-tenant workforce platform offering HR, time, leave, expenses, invoices, compliance and optional AI features, provided on a subscription and free-tier basis. It is a business tool; you must be at least 18 and able to form a contract to use it.
3. Accounts & your responsibilities
- Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the users you invite and the roles/permissions you grant them.
4. Customer data & privacy
You retain ownership of the data you and your team put into Crewzy ("Customer Data"), including your employees' personal data. As between us, you are the controller of that data and Crewzy is your processor; our handling is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement ([[DPA link]]). You confirm you have the right and any necessary notices/consents to put employee data into Crewzy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other tenants' data, no reverse engineering, no reselling without permission, and no uploading of malware or infringing content.
6. Plans, free tier & billing

7. Intellectual property

Optional integrations (e.g. Slack) and AI providers are governed by their own terms; enabling them is your choice and may share data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available and may update, add or remove features. Planned maintenance and material changes will be communicated where practical. [[SLA terms, if any]]
10. Warranties & disclaimers

11. Limitation of liability
